To manage project complexity and achieve exploitable results, the SERENITY Integrated Project is structured like a company, with a Board of Directors that takes the strategic decisions for the project evolution. The board will include all the directors and is chaired by the Project Director. The directors are:
- the Technical Director (equivalent to the Chief Technology Officer in a real company),
- the Innovation Director (equivalent to the Products Development Director),
- the Exploitation Director (equivalent to the Commercial and Marketing Director),
- and the Research Director acting as him/herself.
Moreover, due the administrative complexity of an Integrated Project, in the staff of the Project Director the Administrative and Finance Director (equivalent to the Chief of Finance) will also be included.
