Work package 1.1 and deliverables

This work package will investigate the research in recent and ongoing work that is relevant to Security & Privacy models and requirements at the level of organizations and evaluate their applicability in the context of the SERENITY framework. It includes legal and organisational requirements from legislation and standards. Relevant material will be collected from available commercial solutions and approaches, journals, proceedings, relevant R&D projects public results, and specific publications. Emerging industry standards for specifying security and dependability properties will also review at all the three different layers identified by SERENITY (e.g. WSSecurity, WSLA, WS-Federation).

Trends and evolution of existing approaches on specification of S&D requirements and solutions at the organizational level. Identify technologies and research trends that will drive the subsequent research and development work in the activity.
